The parquetry below is finished off in a satin finish, there is a big difference in the before and after photo’s.

Parquetry is a geometric mosaic of timber pieces used for decorative effect in flooring.

Parquet patterns are often entirely geometrical and angular—squares and triangles  – but may contain curves. The most popular parquet flooring pattern is herringbone
